Update KNOCKDOWN Brush Fire; INC#1173; 04:32PM; 2323 N Silver Ridge Av; https://bit.ly/3A79pOA; Silver Lake; KNOCKDOWN: 34 firefighters (Air Ops released prior to being on scene) extinguished both the brush and structure fires in 28 mins with no injuries reported. There were no other structures damaged and the vegetation fire was contained to the immediate area by the structure fire. Firefighters will remain on scene conducting both mop up (brush) and overhaul (structure) operations which will leave the Silver Ridge Way x Silver Ridge Ave area congested with apparatus and residents are recommended to find alternate routing for the next hour (estimated).
