Flooding 10/28/2016

Flooding; 03:58PM; 815 Las Lomas Ave; https://goo.gl/maps/Qy73vanBZm62; Pacific Palisades; Approx 200' of residential street damaged including buckling of the pavement. Water flowed into the storm drains, which were able to keep up with the flow. No structures damaged. Several vehicles were moved as a precaution. No injury.
