Fuel is now leaking from the vehicle. LAFD Hazerdous Materials specialists are now responding. Firefighters already on scene are working to contain the spilled product, while waiting for HazMat to arrive. A rapid attack by ground and air kept the fire from burning a much larger area in the heavy brush of Hansen Dam area. There were no reported injuries. A coordinated fire attack with vertical ventilation by 32 firefighters took 39 minutes to extinguish the flames. No reported injuries.
