Update Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#1482; 08:05PM; 1376 E 18th St; https://bit.ly/3yiXngU; Downtown; Address Corrected from Washington Blvd to 1376 E 18th St, Now a Greater Alarm Structure Fire with 95 LAFD personnel assigned in Defensive Operations against an apparent exterior fire that extended into an unoccupied and apparently vacant 7,151 square-foot two-story church (built 1903) that has well involved with fire on both floors and visible structural compromise within 10 minutes of LAFD arrival. #LATraffic: To assure public and responder safety, all Metro Los Angeles A (Blue) Line light rail line service will be temporarily shut down along Washington Boulevard between Central Avenue and Hooper Avenue until LAFD emergency operations are complete.
