Off Hours Inspection Fees
Effective October 10, 2023, the charge for off-hour inspection service is $483.00 per hour (the Inspector hourly rate of $361.00 per hour plus the off-hour rate of $122.00 per hour).
Customers requesting off-hour inspection services will be required to make a pre-payment of $1,210.00 to initiate the request.
Should the off-hour inspection service require more hours than the pre-paid amount, the customer shall be billed accordingly for the additional hours.
An off-hour inspection service occurs when the customer requests a service outside the City’s normal working business hours which is 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (any day except Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays).
