Knockdown - #FedoraFire Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#0640; 11:32AM; 936 S Fedora St; https://bit.ly/3aVjX9p; #Koreatown; 110 LAFD Firefighters took just 52 minutes to access, confine and fully extinguish heavy fire on both floors and the attic of a vacant 2,420 square-foot, two-story craftsman-style home, built in 1915. The fire was prevented from damaging adjacent apartment buildings. Two firefighters briefly sought on-site medical attention for minor injuries. No hospital care was required, and they will remain active in emergency operations at the scene. No injury. Though there was a reported behavioral emergency with alleged fire setting by a person ostensibly associated with the residence prior to the first 9-1-1 call, the specific cause of the fire and circumstances prior to Firefighter's arrival remain under active investigation. That person of interest is currently being interviewed at scene by LAPD (West Valley, Incident #2982).
