LAFD used vehicle extrication techniques to free trapped viable patients. Three patients (Undetermined Ages / Genders / Affiliation / Circumstances ) are being transported to area hospitals. #LATraffic: Possible Closure of 10 freeway westbound at Overland until CHP and Medical Examiner operations are complete, unknown duration. LAFD resources are remaining on scene to assist Medical Examiner with vehicle extrication and body removal trapped in wreckage.
