Full River Rescue; INC#0192; 02:29AM; 60 La River; http://bit.ly/2RMDf2M; Atwater Village; LAFD resources responded to a report of a woman in the water in distress. After an extensive search, firefighters located the woman who was now out of the water and firmly resisting any LAFD help. Crews investigated the area to ensure all those remaining in the river bottom (encampments) are moving to higher ground out of precaution. The water does not currently appear to be rising and the rain has stopped. No rescues required.
