Hazardous Materials; INC#0319; 08:07AM; 3062 S Crenshaw Bl; https://bit.ly/3vZujvz; Jefferson Park; LAFD Hazardous Materials Specialists are performing a chemical investigation at the intersection of Crenshaw Blvd and Jefferson Blvd. Reportedly, a flatbed truck lost approximately ten plastic 55-gallon drums, which spilled an unknown substance onto the street. One person was exposed to the substance and has been thoroughly decontaminated by firefighters and will be evaluated by firefighter-paramedics on scene. No evacuations. No road closures (possible lanes obstructed by apparatus, motorists seek alternate routes). Watershed has been notified to address possible runoff into the storm drains.
