KNOCKDOWN Structure Fire; INC#0444; 09:57AM; 2500 E Whittier Bl; https://bit.ly/3FweD6f; Boyle Heights; *Corrected Address* Firefighters found an approximately 40' x 60' standalone one-story commercial building (and site of a previous burn), with no other structures threatened. Firefighters began the attack from the exterior, in defensive mode, and as the flames were quickly knocked back, transitioned to offensive mode to finish off extinguishment. Ultimately, it took 34 firefighters 18 minutes to extinguish the flames. No reported injuries.
