Due to location near the freeway, water access is limited and a water shuttle operation is being put in place. Emergency apparatus are currently working off the WB 118 Freeway which will impact traffic until an appropriate alternate location can be established. There are no structures threatened by the fire. Significant smoke is likely visible from the freeway. No injuries reported.
