Trapped Vehicle; INC#0199; 04:19AM; 954 W Florence Av; http://bit.ly/2GnNAxF; Vermont Knolls; LAFD responded to a single vehicle collision (vs pole) involving LAPD vehicle and reports of officers trapped. Two LAPD Officers were out of vehicle prior to LAFD arrival (multiple LAPD units responded to their Help call and assisted). The patrol vehicle was fully involved in fire on LAFD arrival and firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. Despite initial reports, there was no K9 Officer in the vehicle. Both officers (Males approx 28 and 30yo) were transported with non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries reported.
