Update Concluded - Agency Assist; INC#0242; 09:32AM; 4850 W Hollywood Bl; https://bit.ly/32Hl4SU; East Hollywood; 59 LAFD personnel have safely concluded their 3 hour 26 minute effort to assist law enforcement with an adult male experiencing an apparent behavioral emergency. The man was taken safely into Police custody atop an approximately 150' crane at a construction site, and safely lowered to ground level without apparent injury. Hollywood Boulevard will soon reopen to all traffic as emergency vehicles clear the scene.
