Update Greater Alarm Structure Fire; INC#0126; 07:25PM; 806 W Adams Bl; https://bit.ly/3S5BK0I; #UniversityPark; The body of a middle-aged adult male has been discovered within the vacated 150' x 200' two-story commercial building that was heavily damaged in this morning's Greater Alarm Fire. After several hours of methodically searching the premises - that include pumping a large volume of water from the building's sizeable basement, the twenty firefighters at scene have discovered no evidence of additional victims. A positive identity of the decedent, as well as the specific cause, time and manner of his death will be determined by the Medical Examiner. No other civilian or responder injuries have been reported.
