Update Helicopter Incident; INC#0923; 04:13PM; 1500 N San Pablo St; https://bit.ly/3mZMhbj; Boyle Heights; A total of three patients were evaluated. The pilot was transported with minor injuries and the two additional persons on board had no medical complaints and declined any treatment/transported. The donated organ that was being transported was safely retrieved by LAFD firefighters and handed over to Keck Hospital of USC staff. Crews remain on scene to ensure safety while the FAA and NTSB representatives begin their investigation. Any questions regarding the aircraft, origination, etc are referred to FAA/NTSB.
