Update Forward Progress Stopped - #PorterFire Major Emergency Brush Fire; INC#1088; 04:30PM; 11200 Porter Ranch Dr; https://bit.ly/3FRlIQu; #Chatsworth; Despite wind-driven flames, 140 LAFD Firefighters responding by land and air have stopped forward progress of the fire in one hour at an estimated seven (7) acres. The fire remains south of the Ronald Reagan (SR118) Freeway, with some small spotting at the perimeter. The firefight continues, with a containment factor yet to be determined. No injury. No structure damage. No evacuation.
