Update Structure Fire; INC#0411; 08:47AM; 255 S Grand Av; https://bit.ly/3IDEECt; Downtown; Firefighters quickly extinguished a fire located in the ground floor restaurant undergoing renovation. The fire was contained to the restaurant (unconfirmed initial reports of possible explosion in the kitchen) but the smoke has traveled (to varying degrees) up through the building. Firefighters are in the process of locating/recalling all elevators in the building (27 floors) and assisting anyone who may be stuck (number of possible patients is unknown at this time). Preliminary reports of one possible burn patient from the restaurant (condition unknown). While this is at a Major Emergency status, the fire is extinguished and the incident is in the search and rescue phase. Media staging is at 333 Grand Ave (Wells Fargo Building).
