Update CONTAINED Brush Fire; INC#1055; 06:46PM; 11850 N Eldridge Av; https://bit.ly/2VDUbfo; Lake View Terrace; An air and ground assault by 55 LAFD firefighters, and help from LACoFD and ANF, stopped all forward progress of the fire in 51 minutes, after burning 6 acres (5 acres + a 1-acre spot fire). Crews will remain on scene to continue improving the perimeter and extinguishing hot spots within the burn footprint. No reported injuries. LAFD set up hydraulic tools to cut the guard rail and free the individual. Paramedic medical assessment was provided and patient has been transported to an area hospital.
