Firefighter-paramedics continued to work as patients were being taken from the scene by ambulance, one-by-one, until each had been extricated from the wreckage, treated, and transported to local hospitals. 5 total patients: 1 in fair , 2 in serious, and 2 in critical condition. Those workers initiated CPR, following instructions from an LAFD 9-1-1 dispatcher over the phone. Firefighter/paramedics arrived, took over CPR, and initiated advanced life support. The patient was transported to a local trauma center in grave condition. Mayor's Crisis Response Team responding to assist/support workers during this crisis. No road closures. Nothing further. Firefighters had to make access to the crawl space burning under the floor before continuing their initial interior attack and navigated their equipment around a long trench down one side of the home.
